        Madensan Makine,1992 yılında Ticaret hayatına başlamıştır. Firmamız makine imalatının yanı sıra sektörde uygulamalı madencilik ve inşaat faaliyetleri yapmaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak Madencilik uygulamalarında yol gösterici olması maksadıyla makine imalatının yanı sıra; mineraloji tanımlama ve proses tasarımı uygulamalarını içeren maden zenginleştirme  laboratuvarı hizmetleri de vermektedir.
        Makine ve Madencilik konusunda  Mühendislik ve Ar-Ge deneyimi olan firmamız, ülkemizde ve yurt dışından farklı ülkelerdeki partnerleriyle profesyonel  düzeyde Ar-Ge temelli madencilik faaliyetleri yürütmektedir. Bu uygulamalar kapsamındaki tecrübelerine dayanarak; Kırma ve Eleme Makineleri İmalatının yanı sıra, kurşun-çinko, antimon, bakır,demir, manganez, krom ve altın madenlerini işlemeye yönelik nitelikli Maden Zenginleştirme Makineleri üretmektedir.
        Ayrıca, yeraltı madenciliğindeki tecrübeleriyle de özel ve genel maksatlı makineler tasarlayıp; Yeraltı çalışmalarında, Maden galerisi içerisinde uzaktan (ofisten) kumanda edilebilen insansız makineler geliştirerek uygulamaya koymuştur.
          Firmamız, sektörde müşteri talepleri doğrultusunda büyük kapasiteli, kırma ve eleme makineleri, mikronize öğütme tesisleri ve makineleri, cevher zenginleştirme tesisleri ve makineleri, yatay döner kalsinasyon fırınları ve yüksek fırınlar (Blast furnace) üretmektedir.  
          Bununla birlikte; yukarıda belirtilen tesislerin kurulması için gerekli her türlü altyapı, zemin ıslah çalışması ve inşaatı, tesis binası, (altyapı) yolları, köprüler, kuyular, kuleler, tüneller, su depoları, çelik konstrüksiyon yapılar ve betonarme yapılar inşa etmektedir, bunun için gerekli  teknik bilgi, deneyim, personel ve donanıma sahiptir.

        Firmamız geçmişten bu güne Maden zenginleştirme ile ilgili, demir, krom, manganez, barit zenginleştirme tesislerinde kullanılan Jig makinesi modellerini ve kullanıldığı ortamları inceleyip, bu makinelerin aksak yönlerini  düzenleyerek; kullanım alanlarını daha da genişletmiştir. Türkiye'de ilk kusursuz, 3 gözlü ve tüm fonksiyonları ayarlanabilen jig makinesi imal etmiştir. Yine Türkiye ve Dünyada ilk olarak; kırma eleme ve jig tesislerini kombine şekilde birleştirerek Mobil Jig tesisi olarak tasarlayıp üretmiştir ve başarılı sonuçlar almıştır.

         Öte yanda; Jig tesislerinin başarılı olamadığı minerallerde, cevher tane iriliğini mikronize boyuta indirgemenin (yüzey genişletmenin) zorunlu olduğu hallerde ise; Mikronize cevher ayrıştırmak maksadıyla cevherin yapısına özel sistemli Jig Makineleri geliştirmiştir.
        Sallantılı masa tesisleri ile ilgili çalışmalar yaparak,sallantılı masa imalatı yanı sıra masa tesisleri yerine kullanılan, masa tesislerinden daha verimli ve yüksek kapasiteli gerektiğinde mobil tesis olarak üretilebilen, multi gravitesel özelliğe sahip algomerasyon sistemli separatörler geliştirmiştir.

         Firmamız, Türkiye'de ve Dünya'nın çeşitli ülkelerinde Kurşun-çinko ve Bakır cevherilerinin mineral yapılarını ve flotasyon uygulamalarını incelemiş olup; mevcut uygulamalardaki eksiklikleri ve farklılıkları yerinde gözlemleyip, alternatif yöntemler geliştirerek; klasik flotasyon uygulamalarına oranla maliyetleri düşürerek, performans ve verimliliği artırıcı yönde başarılı sonuçlar elde etmiştir. Flotasyon tesislerini maliyet ve kullanım pratikliği bakımından daha cazip hale getirmiştir.

          Firmamız, genel amaçlı cevher kurutma fırınları ve kalsinasyon fırınları üretimi yanı sıra; ülkemizde ve çeşitli ülkelerde, demir cevheri zenginleştirmek için cevherlerin yapısına göre separatör tesisleri tasarım ve üretimi yapmaktadır.  İşin metalurji kısmında, blast fırınlar, pelet fırınları, sinter fırınları ve sünger demir tesisleri üretimi de yapmaktadır.

          Madensan Makine, Türkiye'de, bilimsel esaslara dayalı olarak madencilik alanında edindiği tecrübeleri  kendi maden işletmeleri bünyesinde ve makine imalat fabrikası bünyesinde yürüterek; sektörde amaca uygun, feedback temelli, kusursuz mal ve hizmet üretebilen,  sektörün gelişmesine katkıda bulunan bir İhtisas firmasıdır.

         Firmamız,benzer türden üretim yapan hiç bir firmayı ve ürünlerini taklit etmeden, sektördeki köklü tecrübelerine bağlı olarak; tamamen kendine ait projeleriyle, dürüst ve ilkeli bir şekilde, başta krom konsantre işletmeleri olmak üzere, kurşun-çinko, bakır, demir, manganez, antimon, kükürt ve Altın madeni işletmelerine yönelik çeşitli Maden Zenginleştirme tesisi ve makineleri üretmektedir. Bununla birlikte Agrega işletmelerine yönelik, Kırma-Eleme-yıkama tesisi ve makineleri üretmekredir.

         Merkezi Ankara‘da bulunan MADENSAN MAKİNE ve MADENCİLİK A.Ş.  yurt içi ve yurt dışında agrega ve maden üretimi yapan firmalara yönelik olarak, bilimsel temellere dayalı, cevher tanımlama, proses tasarımı, makine parkı seçimi ve komple tesis projelendirme hizmetleriyle birlikte, Maden Kırma ve Eleme Makineleri , Maden Zenginleştirme Makineleri üretimi ve kurulumu işleri yapmaktadır.
          Ayrıca; firmamız, kendisine ait maden sahalarında maden işletmeciliği yapmak suretiyle hem işgücü istihdamı sağlamaktadır, hem de ülkemizin ihracat potansiyeline katkıda bulunmaktadır.

        Madensan Makine started its business life in 1992. In addition to machinery manufacturing, our company carries out applied mining and construction activities in the sector. Accordingly, in addition to machinery manufacturing in order to be a guide in mining applications; It also provides mineral beneficiation laboratory services including mineralogy identification and process design applications.
         Our company, which has Engineering and R&D experience in Machinery and Mining, carries out R&D-based mining activities at a professional level with its partners in our contry and different countries abroad. Based on their experiences within the scope of these applications; In addition to the manufacturing of Crushing and Screening Machines, it produces qualified Mineral Enrichment Machines for processing lead-zinc, antimony, copper, iron, manganese, chrome and gold mines.
        Additionally, with their experience in underground mining, they design special and general purpose machines; In underground works, unmanned machines that can be controlled remotely (from the office) have been developed and implemented in the mine gallery.
         Our company produces large capacity crushing and screening machines, micronized grinding facilities and machines, ore enrichment facilities and machines, horizontal rotary calcination furnaces and blast furnaces in line with customer demands in the sector.
          With this; It constructs all kinds of infrastructure, ground improvement work and construction, facility buildings, (infrastructure) roads, bridges, wells, towers, tunnels, water tanks, steel construction structures and reinforced concrete structures required for the establishment of the above-mentioned facilities, and the necessary technical knowledge for this, has experience, personnel and equipment.
          Our company, from past to present, examines the Jig machine models used in iron, chrome, manganese and barite enrichment facilities and the environments in which they are used, and regulates the unsufficent aspects of these machines; has further expanded its usage areas. It manufactured the first perfect jig machine in Turkey, with 3 eyes and all functions adjustable. Again, for the first time in Türkiye and the world; It has designed and produced a Mobile Jig facility by combining crushing, screening and jig facilities and has achieved successful results.
          On the other hand; In minerals where jig facilities cannot be successful, in cases where it is necessary to reduce the ore grain size to micronized size (surface expansion); In order to separate micronized ore, it has developed Jig Machines with a system specific to the structure of the ore.
          By working on shaking table facilities technology , in addition to the production of shaking tables, it has developed algomeration systemed separators with multi-gravity features, which are used instead of table facilities, are more efficient than table facilities, have higher capacity and can be produced as mobile facilities when necessary.
         Our company has examined the mineral structures and flotation applications of Lead-zinc and Copper ores in Turkey and various countries of the world; By observing the deficiencies and differences in current practices on site and developing alternative methods; It has achieved successful results in increasing performance and efficiency by reducing costs compared to classical flotation applications. It has made flotation facilities more attractive in terms of cost and practicality of use.

          Madensan Makine carries out the experiences it has gained in the field of mining  based on scientific principles, within its own mining enterprises and machinery manufacturing factory; It is a specialized company that can produce fit-for-purpose, feedback-based, perfect goods and services and contributes to the development of the sector.
        Our company, depending on its deep-rooted experience in the sector, without imitating any company and similar types of products; With its own projects, in an honest and principled manner, it produces various Mineral Enrichment facilities and machines for lead-zinc, copper, iron, manganese, antimony, sulfur and gold mine enterprises, especially chrome concentrate enterprises. In addition, it produces Crushing-Screening-washing facilities and machines for aggregate businesses.
